Can I resize an image to an exact KB limit?
For JPG and WebP, the tool searches for the highest quality below your maximum. PNG compression is less predictable.
How are millimetres converted to pixels?
The tool uses your selected DPI. At 300 DPI, 25.4 millimetres equals 300 pixels.
Does resizing remove private metadata?
The image is redrawn in a browser canvas, so common camera metadata is not copied into the new file.
